Confirmed that it now works as expected:

Also the app icon is not visible in Activities Overview even if I type to search. Thanks!

Make sure we don't show System Settings desktop file in other desktop environments and that we bail out if someone tries to run it manually. Prevents running a system settings that won't work as expected when folks have multiple desktop environments installed
